An interesting theological blog: “Thirty-Nine”

May 20, 2010

If you are interested in learning about the Thirty-Nine Articles of Religion, Dr. Michael Jensen of Moore Theological College in Sydney has compiled what I consider to be a remarkable blog, Thirty-Nine.  In fact, he has now compiled posts on each and all of the Articles, and he is a very readable writer.  I think you will find this to be a good resource; my major complaint is that he evidently considers it to be a completed project and it does not seem to be currently being updated.  But he has some good insights into the history and theology behind the Articles of Religion – see what you think.

Actually, I am working on a much larger book on the Articles which will include some of the material at the blog. Keep a look out!

If you would let me know when that book becomes available I would certainly be interested in a copy. Your blog is so well-written that it will be a great foundation for a book.
