Two new Anglican podcasts to try: “Quad Cities Anglican Radio” and “All Things Godly”

October 30, 2016

If you like podcasts on matters Anglican, you might try out two I have found out about this week: Quad Cities Anglican Radio and All Things GodlyQuad Cities Anglican Radio, the longer running of the two, describes themselves on Twitter as “Quite possibly the most entertaining, edifying, and orthodox Anglican podcast station in North America!” and who knows, they could be right.  That podcast is run by three clergy from St. Mark’s Anglican Church and Trinity Anglican Church in Illinois, the Rev. Donald Sackett, the Rev. Deacon Jason Bowden, and the Very Rev. Thomas A. Janikowski, FSAC.

All Things Godly describes themselves as “A podcast by two friends, who happen to be ordained, looking at world events, movies, books, and theological happenings from a reformed Anglican perspective.”  These men, Father John and Deacon Jamie, are both clergy at St. Gabriel’s Anglican Church in Springdale, Arkansas.  At this writing they have posted their first episode and I will be interested to see what they have in store for us.

Anyway, I thought I would mention Quad Cities Anglican Radio and All Things Godly; give them a try as I know they put a lot of time and thought into their podcasts.
