The Rev. Jon Teasdale: “Can You Be Trusted?” (Matthew 5: 33-37)

September 23, 2018

From the good people of Jesmond Parish Church in the United Kingdom, here is a message titled “Can You Be Trusted?” by the Rev. Jon Teasdale. In this sermon, he deals with this question: “We’re all big fat liars, society knows it and so do we. As Jon Teasdale opens up Matthew 5 this week we explore how our own word should be good enough to be trusted, how when we say we will do something we should follow through and how as God’s creations we shouldn’t be using his name in vein through false promises in His or anyone else’ name.”
